This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the product roadmap for knownwell’s clinical platform (both patient-facing and care team tools) and technology products (ObesityRx™, Coverage Almanac™).
• Convert company strategy, clinical priorities, and market dynamics into a coherent, sequenced product vision.
• Make precise prioritization decisions and effectively communicate the rationale behind them throughout the organization.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of knownwell’s patient and clinician experience, identifying areas where the current product may lack.
• Foster relationships with payer, employer, and health system partners to guide the roadmap for external products.
• Collaborate with engineering to outline requirements, oversee delivery, and ensure accountability for product launches.
• Create product development methodologies that are agile enough for a fast-paced company while maintaining the necessary rigor.
• Define and take ownership of product metrics; leverage data to assess performance and make swift adjustments.
• Oversee and mentor current product team members as the organization expands.
• Cultivate a product culture rooted in curiosity, evidence-based decision making, and a proactive approach.
• Act as a reliable partner to clinical, operations, engineering, and commercial leadership.
• A minimum of 7 years in product management, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• A background in healthcare technology is highly preferred, particularly experience with clinical workflows, EMR integrations, or value-based care models; familiarity with athenahealth APIs is an added advantage.
• Proven track record of successfully launching complex products in resource-limited settings.
• Experience in developing B2B or B2B2C products, especially those marketed to health systems, payers, or employers, is beneficial.
• Experience with consumer-facing products, including web, iOS, Android, funnel analysis, and A/B testing.
