Director of Product and Technology

📋 Description

• Direct the technology strategy and long-term innovation roadmap for the company.

• Supervise both internal and external engineering teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and excellence in delivery.

• Propel the adoption of AI-powered solutions, automation projects, and enhancements in operational efficiency.

• Assess, integrate, and refine Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-driven technologies within products and internal procedures.

• Design and expand software architecture, systems, infrastructure, and workflows to foster business growth.

• Enhance software development methodologies, engineering productivity, and delivery timelines.

• Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure technology initiatives are aligned with business objectives and customer experience goals.

• Oversee technology budgets, vendor relations, infrastructure investments, and technical risk management.

• Guarantee platform reliability, security, scalability, and adherence to industry best practices.

• Develop frameworks for project prioritization and execution processes across technology teams.

• Recruit, mentor, and nurture high-performing engineering and technical talent.

• Foster product innovation while ensuring operational stability and optimal performance.

• Create scalable systems and processes that enable long-term organizational growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading software engineering, technology, or product development teams.

• Demonstrated experience within SaaS or technology-driven organizations.

• Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud infrastructure, scalability, and contemporary development practices.

• Experience in implementing AI technologies, automation solutions, or machine learning applications in products or business operations.

• Practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI workflows, or generative AI solutions.

• Background in managing distributed teams, third-party vendors, and outsourced development partners.

• Strong project management, organizational, and operational leadership capabilities.

• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

• Experience in high-growth or rapidly scaling environments is preferred.

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
