This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Define, take ownership of, and advocate for the global product strategy and overarching roadmap, which includes identifying gaps, establishing priorities, and developing a long-term vision in collaboration with the C-suite.
• Document and convey the product vision and strategy to enhance clarity and alignment, transforming informal decisions into explicit direction.
• Mentor and cultivate the skills of Product Managers and Designers, while establishing career ladders and growth pathways to ensure team progression and skill enhancement.
• Provide support and remove obstacles for your team as necessary to maintain a healthy, sustainable, and high-performing environment.
• Enhance the operating model of the product function: prioritize and plan rituals; integrate customer, market, and competitive insights earlier in the decision-making process to guide investment choices.
• Align stakeholders and build consensus when priorities or opinions diverge.
• Manage executive and customer escalations while safeguarding team focus when leadership or Sales pressures threaten the roadmap.
• Ensure the retention of a culture characterized by strong ownership, transparency, and initiative, while meeting business objectives.
• Anticipate future team capacity requirements and collaborate with the People team to recruit top-tier talent, creating an effective and well-rounded Product organization.
• A product leader with experience as Head of Product, Director of Product, or VP of Product in a similar Scale-up environment.
• Proven experience in building and managing one of the following technical Enterprise products or categories: data-intensive, process optimization, AI, or automation products.
• A strong people leader with a successful track record in coaching and mentoring both Product Managers and Product Designers.
• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, particularly in fostering alignment between senior leaders in Engineering and Commercial functions.
• Experience in developing products that leverage in-house created ML/AI technology.
• Excellent judgment regarding prioritization and roadmap decisions, particularly when difficult trade-offs are necessary.
• Strong product and commercial instincts, with a clear focus on delivering customer value.
• Confidence in addressing disagreements, aligning diverse stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity with maturity.
• Experience working effectively in an international and multicultural team.
• Proficient written and spoken English, with the capability to communicate technical concepts clearly to various audiences.
