This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the vision, strategy, and implementation of Cresta’s global partner marketing function, developing scalable programs that enhance partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipelines.
• Create and operationalize a partner marketing model that accommodates various partner types, products, segments, and geographical locations.
• Craft partnership-specific messaging frameworks, joint value propositions, and supporting materials that empower partners to effectively present and sell joint solutions.
• Collaborate closely with partner enablement to design and manage enablement programs, content hubs, and self-service resources that foster partner success.
• Examine partner pipeline performance and win/loss trends to identify gaps, eliminate obstacles, and unveil new growth opportunities within the partner ecosystem.
• Offer a data-driven perspective to influence product roadmap priorities based on partner feedback, deal insights, and market opportunities.
• Establish key performance indicator frameworks, dashboards, and operational rhythms to assess partner marketing impact and guide decision-making.
• Work in partnership with RevOps and IT to enhance CRM, PRM, and marketing automation workflows that support partner activities at scale.
• Serve as a cross-functional leader and connector among sales, marketing, product, and partnerships to ensure cohesive go-to-market alignment.
• Over 8 years of experience in partner marketing within a SaaS or B2B technology organization.
• Proven track record of establishing and scaling partner marketing programs that yield measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Strong comprehension of SaaS partner dynamics, including ISVs, SIs, GSIs, cloud marketplaces, and strategic alliances.
• Highly analytical, with extensive experience in pipeline metrics, attribution, ROI, and performance analytics.
• Exceptional executive-level communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders across various functions.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguous environments, build initiatives from the ground up, and expand programs as the business evolves.
