Director of Operations – Service Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transform an approved business vision into a tangible, actionable plan and roadmap.

• Personally initiate early sales, service, and operational processes.

• Develop networks of customers, merchants, and delivery partners.

• Oversee daily multi-location operations through Area and Location Managers.

• Take ownership of service quality, speed, and customer outcomes at all locations.

• Enhance online conversion rates, customer retention, and digital contribution margins.

• Establish systems that minimize reliance on manual follow-up and personal intervention.

• Launch and grow a new technology-driven service business from the ground up.

• Hold a COO-level operational responsibility for a multi-location food service enterprise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive senior operational and commercial leadership experience.

• A proven history of building or scaling a business or service network.

• Background in multi-location restaurant, delivery, logistics, or service operations.

• Strong experience in business development and partnerships.

• Practical, hands-on experience with AI, analytics, and workflow tools.

• Proven ability to hold managers accountable while fostering their development.

• Experience in online sales and e-commerce growth.

• Ability to operate comfortably across both strategic and field-level execution.
