Director of Business Transformation – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess the organizational landscape encompassing people, processes, and technology.

• Create or update structures, workflows, and management systems.

• Transform approved strategies into actionable plans with clear ownership, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.

• Oversee implementation and training to ensure successful execution.

• Facilitate client discovery sessions and align client requirements with appropriate engagements.

• Assist in the development of proposals, presentations, and securing new business opportunities.

• Constructively challenge executives, including the CEO, when evidence necessitates it.

• Extensive leadership experience in organizational effectiveness, transformation, consulting, or general management.

• Proven success in driving initiatives from conception through implementation and adoption — beyond mere recommendations.

• Excellent communication skills in client-facing situations.

• Genuine experience in sales or business development.

• Advanced and practical knowledge of AI and technology-driven workflows.

• Experience in commercializing or productizing a service.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through challenges and changes.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.
