This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

• Maintain tranche trackers, funding schedules, and documentation checklists in collaboration with legal and finance departments.
• Establish SolSource's operational policy library from scratch, including SOPs, escalation protocols, exception management, and audit controls throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Implement internal controls that ensure ITC defensibility, domestic content traceability, energy community eligibility, and FEOC compliance at the asset level.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure that policies remain aligned with IRA guidance, utility regulations, and state TPO legislation.
• Develop and oversee the third-party servicing and operations and maintenance (O&M) framework for SolSource's expanding asset portfolio.
• Monitor production and ensure compliance with performance guarantees.
• Manage service ticketing, warranty escalations, and O&M coordination.
• Handle contract transfers, assignments, assumptions, and renewals.
• Ensure that servicing activities comply with state-level TPO consumer protection laws and investment partner compliance requirements.
• Create reporting packages and maintain data integrity for investor servicer reports.
• Take ownership of audit-ready compliance documentation for all ITC adder categories: Domestic Content, Energy Community, and Low-Income designations.
• Develop FEOC-compliant equipment procurement tracking and bill-of-materials documentation.
• Manage ongoing compliance monitoring for installer behavior, equipment certifications, and contract completeness.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert on IRA compliance standards and liaise directly with tax counsel and ITC buyers during diligence.
• Design and create recurring reporting packages for warehouse lenders, ITC buyers, and equity partners, covering portfolio performance, draw requests, concentration limits, and covenant compliance.
• Build the data infrastructure (in collaboration with tech/ops) to facilitate automated and auditable investor reporting.
• Own the operational deliverables required at each capital event: initial closures, subsequent draws, annual servicer certifications, and portfolio reviews.
• Maintain data room hygiene and document delivery standards across all active investor relationships.
• 8–12+ years of experience in residential solar operations, with direct involvement in at least two of the following areas: TPO asset management or servicing, tax equity or ITC transaction operations, warehouse lending compliance, or Fintech compliance.
• Practical knowledge of IRA Domestic Content regulations, FEOC compliance, and ITC defensibility requirements; beyond mere familiarity, possessing hands-on execution experience.
• Proven experience in constructing project packages or tranches for capital transactions (warehouse draws, tax credit transfers, or equity closures).
• Strong instinct for SOPs and controls: you have developed operational policy frameworks that have successfully withstood investor and legal scrutiny.
• Experience in managing third-party servicers.
• Comfortable working in a startup setting: building without a roadmap, taking ownership of outcomes, and moving swiftly with limited resources.
• Comprehensive benefits package.
• Opportunities for professional development and growth.
• Collaborative and innovative work environment.
