This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Oversee operational, financial, and personnel performance across a network of dental practices in the Pacific Northwest.
• Collaborate with dentist owners, practice leadership teams, and executive leadership to foster growth and enhance performance.
• Mentor, coach, and develop operational leaders.
• Evaluate financial statements, operational reports, and key performance indicators.
• Create and implement strategic action plans aimed at boosting profitability, operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and overall practice performance.
• Partner with Human Resources to recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top-tier team members.
• Set performance goals and ensure leaders are held accountable for achieving operational, financial, and developmental objectives.
• Drive business initiatives, process enhancements, and organizational change throughout the region.
• Collaborate with corporate departments to roll out scalable programs, operational best practices, and growth strategies.
• Deliver business updates, insights, and recommendations to dentist owners and executive leadership.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices while ensuring adherence to company policies, standards, and training requirements.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in dental operations is essential.
• Experience in dental practice management or operations is highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen with a background in analyzing financial statements, operational reports, and performance metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and foster relationships with executive leaders, business owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in managing remote teams and operations across different geographical areas.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with robust project management and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 50% within the assigned region.
