• Go beyond surface-level insights to uncover the fundamental causes of operational challenges.

• Convert organizational goals into comprehensive project work plans.

• Spearhead significant transformational projects.

• Manage the "Go-To-Green" initiative for clients at risk.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions.

• Navigate intricate interpersonal dynamics to facilitate change management effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline (MBA is preferred).

• Over seven (7) years of experience in business analysis, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy within the healthcare industry.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and data analytics.

• Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including payer-provider relationships, regulations, and emerging trends.

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Familiarity with Google Suite, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
