This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +28 more states.
• Take ownership of the strategy and P&L for MRO and PD Services, fostering sustainable growth, margin enhancement, and customer loyalty.
• Discover new business prospects within current accounts and emerging markets; create service-oriented revenue streams that complement core product sales.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to establish and position MRO and PD offerings as significant market differentiators.
• Formulate go-to-market strategies, pricing structures, and value propositions that meet customer needs and align with profitability objectives.
• Act as the executive sponsor for major enterprise accounts, ensuring the alignment of service delivery, innovation, and business outcomes.
• Convert customer feedback and market insights into actionable enhancements and new service ideas.
• Enhance strategic partnerships with OEMs, distributors, and technology allies to broaden service scope and competitiveness.
• Lead high-performing teams within MRO and PD functions to provide reliable, efficient, and innovative service solutions.
• Establish scalable processes for service delivery, project execution, and lifecycle support.
• Maintain top-tier quality, responsiveness, and uptime through ongoing improvement and digital transformation.
• Develop, mentor, and empower a results-oriented organization that emphasizes accountability, agility, and customer value.
• Promote a growth-oriented mindset within the team—balancing technical expertise with commercial excellence.
• Work collaboratively across functions to ensure close alignment between commercial, operational, and engineering areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in commercial leadership within manufacturing, industrial services, or B2B technology sectors.
• Demonstrated success in expanding service-based revenue and managing P&L responsibilities.
• In-depth knowledge of MRO operations, product development services, and customer lifecycle management.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities with a background in pricing, forecasting, and business modeling.
• Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and executive communication abilities.
• Proven track record in MRO and PD service revenue growth and profitability.
• High customer retention and satisfaction scores.
• Effective cross-sell and attach rates of services to core product sales.
• Operational efficiency and adherence to project delivery timelines.
• Strong employee engagement and leadership effectiveness.
