This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +28 more states.
• Take ownership of the strategy and P&L for MRO and PD Services, fostering sustainable growth, margin enhancement, and customer loyalty.
• Discover new business opportunities within current accounts and emerging markets; create service-oriented revenue streams that complement core product sales.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to establish and position MRO and PD offerings as significant differentiators in the market.
• Formulate go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and value propositions that align with customer requirements and profitability objectives.
• Act as the executive sponsor for key enterprise accounts, ensuring coherence between service delivery, innovation, and business results.
• Convert customer feedback and market insights into actionable enhancements and new service concepts.
• Reinforce strategic partnerships with OEMs, distributors, and technology partners to broaden service scope and competitiveness.
• Lead high-performing teams across MRO and PD functions to provide reliable, efficient, and innovative service solutions.
• Establish scalable processes for service delivery, project execution, and lifecycle support.
• Guarantee best-in-class quality, responsiveness, and uptime through continuous improvement and digital enablement.
• Build, mentor, and empower a results-oriented organization focused on accountability, agility, and customer value.
• Promote a growth mindset throughout the team—balancing technical expertise with commercial excellence.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure strong alignment between commercial, operational, and engineering aspects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in commercial leadership within manufacturing, industrial services, or B2B technology sectors.
• Proven track record in increasing service-based revenue and managing P&L responsibilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of MRO operations, product development services, and customer lifecycle management.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities with experience in pricing, forecasting, and business modeling.
• Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated growth in MRO and PD service revenue and profitability.
• High customer retention and satisfaction metrics.
• Effective cross-sell and attach rates of services to core product sales.
• Operational efficiency and adherence to project delivery timelines.
