This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee an efficient renewal process for members; track renewals and establish a consistent communication program to enhance retention.

• Assist in the creation and execution of membership initiatives; provide analysis and suggestions regarding membership requirements based on trends, patterns, and member satisfaction metrics to optimize member contentment.

• Assess membership services from various sources (e.g., member inquiries and satisfaction surveys) and propose modifications and/or improvements to ensure members perceive strong value from the association.

• Collaborate with provincial managers to define regional value that enhances membership.

• Design member programs that cater to various modalities, career stages, and practice environments.

• Streamline member categories and devise a marketing strategy that emphasizes value tailored to each group, addressing professional needs.

• Help identify marketing opportunities and strategies aimed at increasing the Association’s national presence and boosting membership.

• Formulate and execute strategies that will drive revenue growth.

• Work alongside the Communications team to spot opportunities for enhancing CAMRT's visibility within the profession, media, and public discussions.

• Partner with CAMRT’s cross-functional teams to advocate for membership benefits and programs through diverse communication and outreach initiatives.

• Discover avenues for attracting new members, focusing on providing materials that highlight the advantages of membership to a varied audience in the medical radiation fields.


⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to lead a team of professionals, offering guidance, coaching, and development.

• A demonstrated history of establishing an effective membership development program.

• Proficient technical skills in database management, reporting, and analysis.

• Proven abilities in marketing program development, crafting targeted initiatives with specific goals to achieve.

• A leadership style that encourages cross-collaboration and shared accountability for results.

• An aptitude for translating strategic objectives into operational goals that ensure activities are oriented towards adding value.

• Strong budget management expertise, including tracking revenue, expenses, and performance against KPIs.

• Advanced technical skills in CRM/AMS systems, database management, reporting, and analysis.

• A member-focused approach to program development.

• At least 5 years of senior leadership experience.
