This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Collaborate with the CEO to establish the launch calendar.
• Oversee the mapping of funnels and the execution of launch activities.
• Manage everyday marketing operations.
• Coordinate efforts with various stakeholders.
• Supervise the content strategy encompassing email marketing, podcasts, and social media.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing channels.
• Ensure effective training and collaboration within the team from leadership.
• Proactively identify and resolve productivity challenges.
• Oversee the onboarding and training process for new team members.
• Manage performance reviews and planning for team members.
• Be a self-motivated individual who excels in a collaborative team setting.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and best practices.
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing, as well as funnel and course development.
• Experience with technology tools such as Zapier, Zoho, etc.
• Knowledge of website and email marketing through WordPress, WooCommerce, etc.
• Technical expertise in managing social media platforms.
• Training in media buying, including Facebook and Google Ads.
• Comfortable using remote team collaboration tools like Slack, Trello, Asana, and Google Suite.
• Capability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess performance and conduct one-on-one meetings with team members.
• Experience in managing social media and advertising initiatives.
• Experience overseeing podcast production.
