• Be responsible for generating and delivering over 30–40% of the total company revenue via lifecycle channels.
• Create and implement a campaign calendar that emphasizes high-frequency and high-conversion.
• Determine which products, offers, and promotions are activated based on performance analytics.
• Enhance first-time purchase rates, repeat purchases, and subscription conversions.
• Collaborate with leadership to define and refine the subscription strategy at a strategic level.
• Increase rebill rates, reduce churn, and enhance subscriber lifetime value (LTV).
• Guide the messaging strategy for direct-response through Email and SMS channels.
• Manage reporting and performance analytics across lifecycle channels, including revenue per send and per subscriber.
• Establish a closed-loop feedback system: Insights → Hypothesis → Test → Scale.
• Create a consistent and repeatable framework for revenue generation and optimization.
• 6–10+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing within a DTC CPG or subscription environment.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale email lists (2–3M+ subscribers) or multiple segmented lists.
• Demonstrated success in contributing 30% or more of company revenue through Email/SMS efforts.
• In-depth, hands-on knowledge of Klaviyo, including flows, segmentation, deliverability, and reporting.
• Strong foundation in direct response marketing, including copywriting, offers, and conversion strategies.
• Experience in overseeing subscription performance and optimizing retention strategies.
• Solid technical understanding of deliverability best practices.
• Proficiency in data flows, tracking, and integrations.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to swiftly translate data into actionable insights.
• Capability to function strategically and tactically (as a player-coach).
