This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Take ownership of the lifecycle strategy across the entire portfolio.
• Create and lead comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies that promote trial activation, convert new subscribers, enhance feature adoption, boost engagement, improve retention, and facilitate upgrades across various brands and customer segments.
• Uncover customer insights and cultivate a thorough understanding of our product offerings to inspire data-driven programs that foster significant enhancements in our customer relationships with our products.
• Establish and manage lifecycle performance metrics that align with the company's growth objectives.
• Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards that clearly illustrate the impact of the Lifecycle team on company growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and guide roadmaps.
• Partner with Product, Design, Content, and Data teams to bring your ideas to fruition and ensure they are measurable effectively.
• Contribute to the prioritization of product and marketing roadmaps to ensure lifecycle initiatives align with company growth objectives.
• Manage CRM execution and ensure channel excellence.
• Utilize tools such as Segment, Iterable, and Databricks to create scalable, data-driven campaigns and personalization frameworks.
• Oversee and optimize all email, push, and in-app marketing strategies, including thorough A/B testing.
• Monitor and enhance channel health, deliverability, and engagement performance.
• Act as the internal authority on CRM strategy, segmentation, and lifecycle best practices.
• Build and mentor a high-performing lifecycle marketing team as the function expands.
• 8+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, growth, or engagement marketing for digital products.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing ARPU, LTV, activation, and retention through data-driven lifecycle programs.
• Proficiency with CRM and data platforms such as Iterable, Segment, Databricks, or similar tools.
• Strong background in experimentation, with practical experience in designing, analyzing, and scaling A/B testing programs.
• Experience in establishing reporting frameworks and communicating performance insights to senior leadership.
