Director of Legal Training, Curriculum

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Create and design training curricula along with supporting practice guides for the Family Court Practice Institute.

• Collaborate with staff members, consultants, and experts with lived experience.

• Produce resource materials including slide presentations and checklists.

• Act as faculty for CLE-approved training sessions.

• Recruit and coordinate with subject matter experts and trainers.

• Oversee staff management and logistics for training events.

• Identify the needs of family court practices across New York State.

• Address recognized training gaps through the development of curricula.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be admitted to practice law in New York State (mandatory).

• Significant experience in practice and training within New York family court (mandatory).

• A strong commitment to promoting justice for children and families through the training and support of practitioners.

• Must be an attorney in good standing in New York State.

• Capable of working in a multi-disciplinary environment while fostering strong relationships with various partners.
