This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and manage the key account strategy across national, regional, and high-value chain accounts.
• Drive retailer engagement, participate in new product meetings, and establish the account pipeline.
• Align retailer opportunities with distributor networks to ensure cohesive distribution and retail growth.
• Focus on anchor lanes, chain accelerators, and opportunities for permanent placements.
• Collaborate with DOSD, RSM, FSM, brokers, and specialized teams to facilitate account activation.
• Create tailored account materials, meeting summaries, follow-up schedules, and opportunity scorecards.
• Establish the groundwork for future RAM and KAM recruitment as account density increases.
• Over 8 years of experience in beverage, CPG, grocery, convenience, club, drug, or chain account management.
• Demonstrated experience engaging directly with chain retailers and attending line reviews or new item meetings.
• In-depth knowledge of retailer decision-making processes, distributor alignment, trade programming, and field execution requirements.
• Capacity to construct account frameworks and successfully introduce an emerging brand into competitive markets.
• Strong CRM practices, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to operate across functions effectively.
