Director of Integration and Channel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• You will design and implement scalable commercial operating models to facilitate acquisitions, direct transitions, and channel growth.

• You will oversee the integration of significant commercial transformations across EMEA, ensuring uniformity and alignment across various markets.

• You will lead the comprehensive integration of acquisitions, harmonizing operating models, channel frameworks, and execution strategies across different functions.

• You will enable and integrate channel models, which include distributor onboarding, governance structures, and performance management.

• You will serve as a liaison between enterprise strategy and execution at the country level.

• You will identify and eliminate structural obstacles that hinder execution.

• You will create scalable processes, playbooks, and frameworks.

• You will promote simplification and standardization across markets.

• Proven experience in leading complex transformation and integration projects.

• Ability to convert strategy into scalable operating frameworks.

• Experience collaborating across commercial, finance, legal, and operational functions.

• Background in acquisition integration, channel strategy, or market model transformation.

• A structured, process-oriented mindset with an emphasis on scalability.

• Capability to identify and address risks and inefficiencies.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and influence.
