📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to prominent healthcare clients.

• Take ownership of client success—ensuring a delightful start that paves the way for growth.

• Act as a bridge between healthcare operations and customer success, aiding clients in realizing value through adoption, innovation, and collaboration.

• Collaborate with medical groups and health systems to revolutionize care delivery at scale.

• Leverage in-depth knowledge of clinical workflows and team dynamics to assist providers in enhancing financial performance, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomes.

• Engage with COOs, CIOs, CMOs, clinical leaders, clinicians, technology teams, and practice managers.

• Oversee the 'go-live' process for new clients, including system interface configuration and training for physicians and staff.

• Establish sustainable processes across IKS and client teams for consistent delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in the US healthcare sector.

• More than 5 years of experience in coding.

• Relevant certifications such as AAPC, AHIMA, or other coding credentials.

• Knowledgeable in EHR workflow, clinical documentation, CDI, and medical coding.

• Strong customer management abilities, particularly in interactions with physicians, clinical champions, CMOs, CMIOs, and practice leaders.

• Highly structured, methodical, and detail-oriented.

• Self-motivated and proactive, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize challenges in a complex environment.

• Proficient project management, planning, and organizational skills.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
