Director of Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Exhibit exceptional organizational skills while driving documentation, metrics, and task execution.

• Develop and enhance systems and processes to boost both implementation and post-implementation success.

• Facilitate calls, both internally and externally, to establish and oversee the integration plan for software partners.

• Create AI tools and agents to automate and scale projects efficiently.

• Maintain a strong focus on process optimization.

• Monitor and report on Project Logs, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and promote continuous improvement.

• Collaborate closely with customers who possess a diverse range of knowledge and experience in payments.

• Innovate integration processes as necessary, demonstrate products and solutions, and empathize with customers to understand how payments function within their businesses.

• Convert the integration plan into ongoing production reference documentation for both partners and internal support teams.

• Serve as a gravitational leader, influencing not just your team but also colleagues across other teams.

• Achieve a comprehensive understanding of all operational aspects of the business.

• Partner closely with the Sales Team to ensure that initial customer information facilitates a successful implementation, and collaborate with the Customer Success team to provide customers with a seamless transition post-implementation.

• Work in tandem with the product team to gain expertise in piloting and implementing innovative fintech products.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience, including 4–6+ years of leading complex customer implementations or onboarding programs in SaaS, fintech, or API-driven platforms, with a minimum of 3 years in team management.

• Preferred experience in embedded payments or finance, or relevant experience within a high-growth enterprise software platform.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams, with measurable performance improvements.

• A solid understanding of APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and various other platform integration concepts.

• Familiarity with payment processing concepts, including payment acceptance, vendor payables, tokenization, PCI compliance, and transaction flows.

• Skills in developing AI-driven processes, agentic workflows, and automation solutions.
