This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take ownership and lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for SalesCloser.ai.
• Collaborate with the Product team to convert the roadmap and releases into effective positioning, messaging, and GTM plans.
• Work alongside the Sales team to ensure success through playbooks, talk tracks, training, and competitive insights.
• Partner with Marketing to guarantee that campaigns, messaging, and content are in harmony with product value and target segments.
• Assess market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to shape strategy and pinpoint opportunities.
• Establish, monitor, and enhance GTM performance metrics, which include adoption, pipeline impact, and revenue contribution.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment and readiness prior to, during, and after product launches.
• Create and oversee GTM processes, timelines, and documentation.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and key customers.
• Propel ongoing improvements in our product market entry strategies.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in go-to-market strategies, product marketing, revenue strategy, or a related field, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• A proven history of leading cross-functional product launches that achieve measurable business results.
• In-depth understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer journeys, and both product-led and sales-led growth models.
• Proficiency in positioning, messaging, segmentation, and converting product capabilities into customer value.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the skill to utilize data for informed decision-making.
• Background in market research and competitive analysis.
• Highly self-driven with exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written); knowledge of an additional language is considered advantageous.
