This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Define and spearhead our global localization strategy, establishing a clear perspective on Feeld's presence across various markets.
• Collaborate extensively with Data and Research teams to pinpoint opportunities, set market-specific objectives, and unveil the cultural and behavioral subtleties that fuel growth.
• Craft and direct local marketing initiatives that resonate authentically with each market—rooted in insights rather than mere replication.
• Propel expansion into new and emerging markets, devising thoughtful entry strategies that emphasize learning, community alignment, and long-term potential over immediate scale.
• Partner with Brand and Creative teams to design campaigns that foster a cohesive global brand presence while allowing for significant local expression.
• Utilize local markets as experimental grounds for messaging, positioning, and campaigns, providing insights that inform global strategy and creative direction.
• Cultivate a profound and ongoing understanding of subcultures and communities, ensuring our efforts reflect the diversity, complexity, and progressiveness of our audience.
• Establish robust feedback mechanisms between markets and the brand, ensuring local insights shape brand, product, and growth decisions on a global scale.
• Oversee performance across markets, balancing brand impact with quantifiable outcomes and sustainable growth.
• Develop and maintain a network of local partners, collaborators, and operators to facilitate high-quality, culturally-relevant execution at the local level.
• 8+ years of experience in global or regional marketing, including 3+ years in a managerial and/or leadership capacity, with a proven track record of creating and leading localization strategies across multiple markets.
• Extensive experience in consumer brands, with a keen instinct for brand-building that transcends aesthetics to encompass meaning, identity, and cultural relevance.
• Highly proficient in data and research, leveraging insights not only for optimization but to comprehend people and inform strategy.
• Culturally astute and genuinely curious, with a sincere interest in subcultures, interpersonal relationships, and the nuances of how individuals connect across different contexts.
• Experienced in market expansion, demonstrating a thoughtful approach to entering and scaling in new regions.
• A strong collaborator across functions, capable of working seamlessly with Brand, Creative, Product, and Data teams.
• Strategic yet approachable, adept at navigating between vision and execution while maintaining high standards for quality at all levels.
