This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Finance for ECS (Experian Consumer Services)
• Provide financial analysis and decision-making support for a consumer finance technology business focused on growth
• Oversee planning, forecasting, and performance management for the consolidated ECS portfolio
• Convert intricate financial and operational data into straightforward, actionable insights
• Collaborate with finance leaders across various operating units and both regional and global FP&A teams
• Contribute to the financial strategy, evaluate risks and opportunities, and assist in developing the FP&A organization
• Lead forecasting, reporting, and business review processes to ensure the delivery of precise insights
• Recognize trends, risks, and growth opportunities, and transform them into actionable insights for ECS leadership
• Guide, mentor, and develop an FP&A team, including two direct reports and extended global finance partners
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance, including collaboration with senior leaders
• Background in supporting consumer, fintech, digital platforms, subscription services, marketplace, or data/technology-driven industries
• Proven ability to connect detailed financial analyses to clear, actionable insights for decision-making
• Experience in leading teams and nurturing talent
• Familiarity with working in a global, matrixed organization and supporting multi-operating-unit or portfolio-based models
• Proficient in influencing senior stakeholders and providing constructive challenges
• Knowledge of AI, automation, or advanced planning tools within FP&A
• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic finance roles
