Director of Finance

📋 Description

• Supervise all financial operations and guide corporate financial planning and organizational structure.

• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Ensure the precision and reliability of financial information and reporting.

• Formulate and execute financial strategies to foster the company’s growth and profitability.

• Spearhead the budgeting process and conduct quarterly forecasting updates.

• Track and evaluate budget performance, implementing corrective measures as needed.

• Provide comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to bolster strategic initiatives.

• Guarantee adherence to local, state, and federal financial regulations.

• Establish and uphold policies and procedures for financial governance.

• Collaborate with the executive team to devise long-term financial strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance.

• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership capacity.

• Demonstrated experience within the technology or blockchain sector.
