This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Manages the performance, dependability, and lifecycle of customer facilities.

• Provides strategic guidance on maintenance, repair, and capital improvement initiatives for facilities.

• Evaluates and interprets performance metrics related to facilities and assets.

• Establishes governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for effective asset management.

• Serves as a senior consultant to Asset Managers and clients regarding intricate operational challenges.

• Collaborates with clients and vendors to ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related discipline.

• At least seven years of relevant experience is mandatory.

• A minimum of three years in a leadership role within asset management, facilities management, operations and maintenance (O&M), or a similar operational setting.

• Must possess knowledge of facilities and asset management methodologies.

• Capability to manage profit and loss responsibilities and formulate financial projections.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Detail-oriented with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
