This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of enterprise account executives focused on F1000 and large Global Enterprises.
• Take ownership of team-level new-logo ARR objectives, and engage personally in strategic deals as a player-coach when necessary.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top-tier enterprise sales talent as the team expands.
• Implement rigorous forecasting, maintain pipeline hygiene, and enforce deal execution discipline utilizing MEDDPICC.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Marketing, and Post-Sales to establish repeatable and scalable go-to-market strategies.
• Guide representatives on multi-threading, executive engagement, and navigating intricate enterprise procurement, security, and legal processes.
• Represent the enterprise segment during leadership forecast reviews and strategic planning sessions.
• A minimum of 7 years in enterprise SaaS sales, including at least 3 years of direct management of a quota-carrying AE team.
• Proven history of building and leading teams that consistently surpass $1M+ individual quotas.
• Experience in selling six-figure deals to large, multi-stakeholder, complex accounts, primarily within Engineering organizations.
• Extensive knowledge of MEDDPICC or Command of the Message, with experience implementing sales methodologies across a team.
• Proven experience in hiring, onboarding, and developing enterprise sales professionals.
• Capability to function as both a strategic leader and a hands-on coach during live deal cycles.
• Comfort operating in a rapidly scaling startup environment characterized by evolving processes and ambiguity.
• Experience in DevOps or database change management tools is preferred.
• Candidates located on the East Coast are preferred.
