Director of Enterprise Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee, recruit, develop, and retain the enterprise implementation delivery team.

• Set clear objectives, foster accountability, and drive outcomes.

• Take ownership of delivery and revenue realization for all U.S. enterprise implementations.

• Identify and address risks, manage escalations, and resolve customer concerns.

• Ensure that Statements of Work (SOWs) are feasible from a delivery standpoint.

• Manage project scope, change orders, and execution in accordance with contracts.

• Establish standards, processes, and playbooks for implementation.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and promote ongoing adoption.

• Forecast and manage team capacity and resource allocation across the enterprise portfolio.

• Discover opportunities to enhance implementations through tools, automation, and process improvements.

• Take ownership of evaluating, adopting, and scaling solutions that minimize manual labor and expedite delivery.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to identify implementation gaps, inform the product roadmap, and align on enterprise strategy.

• Create reporting and metrics to assess project health, team performance, and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years in implementation leadership, program management, or operations roles within enterprise SaaS or related industries.

• Demonstrated success in managing and scaling teams of 5 or more, including direct hiring and development.

• Proven experience in delivering large-scale customer implementations in complex, high-stakes environments.

• Strong technical expertise in integrations, data architecture, and system dependencies.

• A background in hospitality, retail, payroll, POS, or related industries is highly preferred.

• Experience managing contracts, SOWs, and scope within professional services or customer delivery environments.

• Proven ability to lead process improvements and establish scalable delivery frameworks.

• Proficient in data analysis and converting metrics into strategic business decisions.

• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to inform the product roadmap.
