This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Build trusted relationships with key customers.
• Foster connections with Administrative and C-Suite executives.
• Enhance revenue and market share for Medtronic products and services.
• Formulate strategies that utilize Medtronic’s offerings while providing distinctive value.
• Ensure collaboration among cross-functional teams across Operating Units, Service & Solutions functions, and Centers of Excellence.
• Comprehend customer requirements and the strategic priorities of accounts.
• Discover funding opportunities to maximize Medtronic’s capabilities.
• Keep precise account/customer plans in SFDC and generate progress reports.
• Bachelor's degree in business (preferably), science, medicine, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 7 years in managerial roles, or an advanced degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience that includes 7+ years in managerial positions.
• Direct experience as a Surgical or Cardiovascular District Manager is desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time as required.
• Experience in business management within senior and complex roles.
• Prior experience in a regulated industry, such as Medical Device, Healthcare, or Pharma, in a multinational setting with a significant matrix aspect.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Medtronic portfolio and trends related to outpatient treatment and alternative site care.
• High levels of personal agility and adaptability, with extensive experience in large-scale organizational change.
• Capability to build effective relationships with decision-makers in customer administration, articulate value propositions that align with emerging consumer needs, and establish long-term partnerships.
