Director of Enrollment Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver strategic leadership and operational oversight for all information technology systems and CRM platforms that support enrollment management.

• Ensure the efficient utilization of technology, data, and system integrations to enhance recruitment, admissions, financial awarding and disbursing, along with other enrollment management processes.

• Oversee the management of CRM systems: Supervise the operation and upkeep of the University’s comprehensive enrollment management CRM.

• Provide strategic vision and enhancement planning for enrollment technologies and platforms.

• Collaborate with other Enrollment Management teams to support, analyze, and refine admissions and recruitment workflows.

• Supervise and mentor IT and CRM personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Higher Education, Business, or a related field.

• At least eight (8) years of experience in CRM administration, IT systems, or enrollment management.

• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Slate preferred) and SIS platforms (Banner preferred).

• Experience with reporting tools (SQL, Tableau, ARGOS, etc.).

• Work experience that has developed analytical and technical skills.
