Director of Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Lead and expand a geographically aligned engineering organization at the director level.

• Manage the regional profit and loss (P&L).

• Establish the benchmark for AI-driven engineering practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of comprehensive engineering experience.

• Minimum of 3 years in an Engineering Manager or Director position, leading multi-person technical teams.

• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and talent development abilities.

• Solid understanding of contemporary software development, cloud platforms, and AI-enhanced engineering practices.

• Highly proficient in AI and agentic development methodologies.

• Experience in managing distributed or geographically diverse teams.

• Proficient in engineering metrics and data-driven delivery management.
