Director of Engineering, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage a multi-team engineering organization focused on AI security.

• Establish and advance the engineering roadmap for Delinea's AI security platform.

• Oversee the teams responsible for agent discovery and posture development.

• Expand the technology from initial customer implementations to widespread production usage.

• Collaborate with product, architecture, and field teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, 12 or more years of experience in software engineering.

• Several years of experience in leading engineering teams.

• Proven history of building and scaling engineering organizations.

• Strong technical expertise in one or more areas including identity, authorization, cloud security, or distributed systems.

• Experience in overseeing a product or platform area from inception to completion in close collaboration with product management.

• Proven experience in hiring, developing, and retaining engineers and managers.
