• Act as the main strategic liaison for a diverse portfolio of clients in the marketing and communications sectors.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of each client's business, target audience, and objectives, and convert that knowledge into effective, actionable strategies.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and reviews with assurance and clarity.
• Establish and nurture robust, trust-based relationships that lead to high levels of client retention and satisfaction.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively propose ideas, opportunities, and solutions.
• Direct comprehensive marketing and communications strategies encompassing paid media, organic social, email, content/SEO, and influencer/partnerships.
• Transform client goals into well-organized campaign frameworks, editorial strategies, and channel plans.
• Evaluate and offer strategic guidance on creative and content deliverables across client accounts.
• Collaborate with project management and internal teams to ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and delivery standards across accounts.
• Experience in an agency setting.
• Capability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and stakeholders concurrently.
• Strong expertise in integrated marketing strategy, including paid media, organic social, email, content, SEO, and influencer marketing.
• Natural ability to build relationships.
• Solid foundation in communications strategy, including messaging, narrative development, and audience segmentation.
• Skills in project architecture.
• Over 7 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a client-facing position in an agency or similar environment.
• Occasional travel may be required to support key initiatives and client engagements.
