This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Regularly assess website performance and pinpoint declines in conversion or revenue.
• Identify friction points throughout the funnel and swiftly recommend solutions.
• Manage the A/B testing roadmap from hypothesis development to execution and analysis.
• Prioritize experiments by evaluating their revenue impact and strategic importance.
• Continuously enhance conversion rates across essential pages.
• Create and optimize landing pages for paid media, email campaigns, affiliate marketing, and promotions.
• Enhance product detail pages (PDPs), bundles, checkout processes, and upsell pathways.
• Optimize user experience elements including layout, navigation, call-to-action placements, and page structure.
• Improve lifetime value (LTV) to customer acquisition cost (CAC) through funnel and site enhancements.
• Increase average order value (AOV) and average revenue per user (ARPU) through upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with lifecycle and paid media teams to enhance overall customer value.
• Optimize post-purchase workflows and customer engagement pathways.
• Work closely with creative teams on messaging, design, and UX improvements.
• Coordinate with engineering or development partners to implement changes effectively.
• Manage the conversion rate optimization (CRO) backlog and testing pipeline using structured workflows.
• Establish repeatable processes for testing, reporting, and iteration.
• Over 8 years of experience in CRO, growth, or e-commerce optimization roles.
• Strong background in direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce settings.
• In-depth knowledge of Shopify Plus or analogous platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting A/B tests and managing experimentation programs.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data and performance metrics.
• Experience collaborating with UX, design, and development teams.
• Ability to identify friction points and convert insights into actionable tests.
• Familiarity with tools like GA4, Hotjar, Northbeam, or similar applications.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-oriented environments.
• Strong sense of ownership and the capability to work independently.
