• Regularly monitor website performance and identify decreases in conversion or revenue.

• Take ownership of the A/B testing roadmap from hypothesis development to execution and analysis.

• Create and optimize landing pages for paid media, email campaigns, affiliates, and promotions.
• Enhance product detail pages (PDPs), bundles, checkout processes, and upsell paths.
• Optimize user experience (UX) elements, including layout, navigation, call-to-action (CTA) placement, and page structure.
• Improve lifetime value (LTV) to customer acquisition cost (CAC) through funnel and site enhancements.
• Increase average order value (AOV) and average revenue per user (ARPU) through upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with lifecycle and paid media teams to enhance overall customer value.
• Optimize post-purchase flows and customer engagement pathways.
• Partner with creative teams on messaging, design, and UX enhancements.
• Work with engineering or development partners to implement changes efficiently.
• Manage the conversion rate optimization (CRO) backlog and testing pipeline utilizing structured workflows.
• Develop repeatable processes for testing, reporting, and iteration.
• 8+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), growth, or e-commerce optimization roles.
• Strong background in direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce settings.
• In-depth knowledge of Shopify Plus or similar platforms.
• Proven track record of running A/B tests and experimentation programs.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in analyzing data and performance metrics.
• Experience collaborating with UX, design, and development teams.
• Ability to identify friction points and translate insights into actionable tests.
• Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Hotjar, Northbeam, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-oriented environments.
• Strong sense of ownership with the ability to work independently.
