This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Develop and implement customer success strategies that align with Seeq’s objectives and customer goals.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key Seeq clients, acting as their trusted advisor and strategic partner.
• Oversee the business in relation to key performance indicators: Gross Retention Rate (GRR), Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Expansion Targets.
• Lead and guide a team of customer success managers and analytics engineers, providing support, direction, and encouraging a collaborative team culture.
• Recruit and mentor new team members.
• Analyze customer performance metrics, identify trends, and offer data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization and enhancement.
• Continuously assess and refine customer success processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Effectively communicate complex concepts, strategies, and data to internal teams and external clients through presentations and business reviews.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to serve as a thought leader and offer guidance to clients.
• Address conflicts, challenges, and customer escalations swiftly and efficiently, showcasing strong problem-solving abilities and diplomacy.
• Promote collaboration and cross-functional alignment with teams such as sales, marketing, Analytical Engineering, and operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• 7-10 years of experience in people management.
• At least 10 years of experience in the Enterprise Software sector.
• Understanding of Enterprise SaaS business models and customer lifecycle.
• Proven skills in managing enterprise customers.
• Experience in process manufacturing sectors: Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Power, and MMM.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced scaling environment.
• Capability to cultivate working relationships at all management levels, both within and outside of Seeq.
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA, or equivalent experience is preferred.
