This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Spearhead and execute a thorough corporate fundraising strategy in the U.S. that aligns with both annual and long-term revenue objectives.
• Identify, nurture, solicit, and manage a vibrant portfolio of corporate partners, focusing primarily on high-value accounts.
• Actively seek out and pursue new corporate funding opportunities, including multi-year partnerships and cross-sector collaborations.
• Achieve established fundraising targets in line with specified financial objectives.
• Create customized proposals and donor-facing materials that are in harmony with organizational priorities and the philanthropic aspirations of supporters.
• Drive strategies for in-kind support in collaboration with operational and field requirements.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure successful partnership execution, brand alignment, and recognition.
• Manage the administration of corporate grants, ensuring thorough documentation, precise financial tracking, and timely creation and delivery of progress reports.
• Oversee the corporate giving portfolio in Salesforce, maintaining accurate donor records, updated pipelines, and timely reporting for strategic oversight and team accountability.
• Track corporate giving trends and proactively suggest strategic modifications.
• Prepare personalized updates and detailed reports for co-founders, board members, and executive leadership as required, particularly regarding corporate fundraising status and achievements.
• Represent AH&H at pertinent conferences, industry gatherings, and face-to-face donor and partner meetings.
• Provide leadership and support to junior team members involved with corporate partnerships.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned, particularly during peak periods or disaster response activations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of fundraising experience with a demonstrated track record in corporate giving and business development within a non-profit organization.
• Preferred experience with fundraising analytics, donor lifecycle strategies, and prospect research tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Docs and Google Sheets; Slack and Microsoft Office.
• Required proficiency in Salesforce or other relevant donor-based CRMs, including experience in portfolio management, data integrity oversight, dashboard development, and revenue reporting.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities are crucial, with the capacity to handle multiple high-priority workstreams, lead cross-functional initiatives, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
