This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Lead the strategy, execution, and expansion of Kryterion’s consulting and implementation services organization.
• Drive successful onboarding of customers, program launches, and continuous optimization initiatives for clients.
• Supervise a team comprising project managers, implementation specialists, consultants, and training professionals.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Support, and various cross-functional teams.
• Define and implement the vision for Consulting and Implementation in alignment with the company's growth objectives.
• Develop scalable service offerings, including implementation, integration, training, and consulting.
• Drive targets for utilization, margins, and revenue within services.
• Oversee the comprehensive implementation of certification programs.
• Act as the executive sponsor for significant projects.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Implementation Managers, Consultants, Project Managers, and Trainers.
• Establish performance metrics, career development paths, and training programs.
• Cultivate a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
• Partner with Sales on scoping and the development of statements of work (SOW).
• Work alongside Product and Sales to influence the roadmap based on client requirements.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as Time-to-launch, Customer satisfaction, Utilization and billable rates, Project margin, and revenue.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in best practices for certification and credentialing.
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS Professional Services, Consulting, or Implementation.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership position overseeing delivery teams conducting complex, multi-phase implementations.
• Prior experience in resource planning and delivery governance.
• Expertise in risk and issue management.
• Capability to translate business requirements into technical and service-oriented solutions.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex SaaS implementations, preferably with enterprise-level clients.
• Strong understanding of integrations, including APIs, SSO, and LMS/CRM ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, utilization, and services revenue.
