This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the comprehensive global data center construction portfolio, overseeing a multi-billion-dollar capital expenditure budget and delivery pipeline.
• Formulate and implement the program-level construction strategy, which includes selecting and managing general contractors (GCs), EPCM firms, and essential vendor partners.
• Responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule, within the allocated budget, and meet the required quality and technical standards for AI compute operations.
• Establish risk management, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) protocols across the program, along with project reporting metrics.
• Work collaboratively with the Site Acquisition, Design, and Sourcing teams to mitigate project risks and address complex technical or contractual challenges at the executive level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 15 years of experience in managing large-scale, complex industrial or critical infrastructure construction programs.
• At least 7 years of experience within the hyperscale data center or mission-critical facility sector.
• Demonstrated proficiency in large-scale contract negotiations (e.g., Guaranteed Maximum Price - GMP).
