Director of Clinical Services Specialists

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversees the daily healthcare operations within the community to ensure that residents' healthcare needs are fulfilled.

• Guarantees that residents are treated with respect and dignity while maintaining high-quality care as their healthcare requirements evolve.

• Manages licensed nurses and other direct care personnel in the community.

• Enhances clinical processes in the community until a successor is appointed, then provides support to the newly designated Health and Wellness Director.

• Travels within the division as needed to assist with management vacancies, new initiatives, vacations, and other requirements.

• Responsible for the direct oversight of community-based licensed nursing staff (LPN/LVN, RN), Med Techs/CMAs (as mandated by State Regulations), and/or Lead Resident Care Associates.

• Ensures the proper maintenance of resident charts and evaluates documentation completed by caregiving staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational qualifications necessary to secure a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).

• Preferred experience in nurse management, senior living, or post-acute care.

• Basic typing capabilities along with a solid understanding of personal computing and word processing software, ideally in a Microsoft Windows environment.

• Valid LPN/LVN or RN license.
