This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, mentor, and motivate Nurse Practitioner Leads along with provider teams.
• Spearhead the clinical education strategy, including the design and implementation for Nurse Practitioners and other licensed providers.
• Enhance consultation quality, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making.
• Propel provider productivity, ensure documentation excellence, and maintain consistent clinical execution across various markets.
• Establish and uphold clinical standards, protocols, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Market Managers to align clinical excellence with operational effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Leverage clinical and business data to identify opportunities, coach providers, and enhance performance.
• Oversee onboarding, mentoring, and professional growth initiatives.
• Assist in the launch of new services, products, providers, and clinics.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, continuous learning, and clinical excellence.
• Create consistent clinical experiences that enhance guest loyalty and foster long-term relationships.
• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• Capability to support multiple markets.
• A minimum of three years of progressive leadership experience, including oversight of multi-site clinical operations.
• Experience in medical aesthetics is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of developing high-performing provider teams through coaching, mentorship, and accountability.
• Background in developing and delivering clinical education, provider onboarding, competency programs, or continuing education initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing consultation quality, treatment planning, provider productivity, and guest retention.
• Experience collaborating with operational leaders to achieve clinical excellence and business performance.
• Strong business insight and ability to leverage clinical and operational data for measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40 to 50 percent across Face Forward's Midwest markets.
