This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Utilize your digital expertise and experience to develop solutions and achieve results across various channels, including email, website, and paid media, with a strong focus on digital strategy execution.
• Oversee the creation of strategic, data-driven marketing tactics across channels, emphasizing marketing automation, CRM, and lifecycle strategy.
• Inspire and lead cross-functional agency teams to deliver insight-driven, strategically sound work for our clients. Establish the vision and strategy for our initiatives and craft solutions that yield positive outcomes for our clients.
• Cultivate, maintain, and enhance robust senior-level client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on marketing strategy, customer experience, and marketing technology.
• Collaborate closely with client teams, including marketing, creative, operations, finance, analytics, product, technology, and senior management.
• Create, direct, and present comprehensive strategies to clients through engaging storytelling.
• Develop and articulate well-informed, clear perspectives to confidently lead and guide our clients.
• Write project briefs.
• Negotiate modifications and address challenges.
• Monitor and proactively report on best practices and overarching market trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of marketing/advertising experience in an agency environment.
• 9+ years of relevant experience in Digital, 1-to-1 marketing, creative, social, paid media, MarTech, and CRM, with a significant focus on the digital strategy necessary for execution in these channels.
• Strong enthusiasm for understanding the client’s business, including their goals and objectives, products, markets, brand positioning, competitive landscape, industry dynamics, and distribution.
• Excellent storytelling and PowerPoint presentation skills, with the capability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in advising clients or stakeholders on effectively utilizing marketing technology to achieve business objectives.
• Ability to translate complex technical and data concepts into clear, persuasive client-facing narratives and strategic recommendations.
• Proven ability to develop strategic frameworks and roadmaps for marketing automation and customer engagement initiatives.
• Competence in anticipating, planning, and prioritizing to manage workload effectively and efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to diplomatically navigate a fast-paced work environment.
• High attention to detail.
