• Proven ability to differentiate generative AI from traditional ML regarding technical risks, skill requirements, costs, and timelines, and to apply this distinction in prioritization and staffing decisions.
• Established record of translating business needs into deployed technology solutions that yield measurable business impact.
• Strong judgment regarding build versus buy decisions, which includes vendor evaluations, external market analysis, and procurement partnerships.
• Experience in defining baselines, KPIs, and ROI frameworks for new tools, workflows, or transformation initiatives.

• Proven history of building, leading, and developing high-performing teams, including recruiting and mentoring talent.
• Strong operational instincts: comfortable with ambiguity, adept at creating structure in uncertain situations, and willing to take ownership of outcomes rather than delegate tasks.
• Competitive pay within the listed range + Bonus + Benefits + Equity
• Temporary benefits package (eligible after 60 days of employment)
