This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the development and continuous improvement of the Business Operations & Performance function.
• Create management systems that integrate strategy, sales, delivery, staffing, financial performance, and organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance operational efficiency, business transparency, decision-making, and accountability.
• Establish and sustain operating rhythms, including monthly business reviews, forecasting processes, KPI reporting, performance evaluations, and leadership dashboards.
• Promote cross-functional alignment among Sales, Consulting, Product, Analytics, Operations, Finance, and Client Success.
• Design governance structures, operational processes, and decision frameworks that enhance scalability and organizational effectiveness.
• Evaluate future organizational requirements and provide recommendations regarding the growth and structure of the Business Operations function.
• Manage sales operations processes that support pipeline management, opportunity progression, forecasting, renewal tracking, and revenue performance.
• Create pipeline reporting, sales productivity metrics, conversion analyses, and growth performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to enhance forecast accuracy, opportunity management discipline, and revenue predictability.
• Direct enterprise forecasting processes across bookings, revenue, utilization, staffing, margin, profitability, and business performance.
• Develop pipeline-to-capacity planning processes that align expected demand with available consulting, analytics, technology, and support resources.
• Establish governance and operational discipline regarding time tracking and utilization management.
• Produce profitability reporting and analyses across clients, projects, service offerings, products, and business segments.
• Create and maintain an enterprise performance management framework that aligns with strategic, operational, commercial, and financial objectives.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in Business Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Consulting Operations, Strategy, or related business management roles.
• Proven experience in supporting senior leadership teams with forecasting, planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of professional services economics, resource planning, utilization management, and profitability analysis.
• Experience in developing KPI frameworks, dashboards, operating reviews, and management reporting systems.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across various business functions without direct authority.
• Advanced analytical, financial modeling, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with senior leadership.
