Director of Business Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement Ivy Fertility's enterprise business intelligence (BI) and analytics strategy that aligns with both business and clinical objectives.

• Collaborate with the IT department to create a roadmap for finalizing the data warehouse.

• Oversee analytics, dashboards, and companywide self-service reporting initiatives.

• Establish and supervise data governance, definitions, KPI frameworks, and standards for data quality.

• Work alongside IT on the design and development of a centralized data warehouse that integrates electronic medical records (EMRs), billing, revenue cycle management (RCM), and operational systems.

• Collaborate with IT on vendor and data provider management to ensure reliable and secure data pipelines.

• Provide standardized and ad-hoc reporting to facilitate enterprise decision-making processes.

• Act as a trusted analytics partner to executive, clinical, and operational leaders.

• Build and lead a high-performing team focused on BI and analytics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related discipline.

• Over 8 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering.

• Experience in healthcare or multi-site clinical platforms.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs), billing, and revenue cycle systems.

• Proficiency in SQL, BI visualization tools, and cloud-based data platforms.
