Business Intelligence Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Supervise the daily operations of business intelligence and the delivery of analytics services.

• Lead a team of ETL developers to ensure the creation of accurate, secure, and scalable data solutions.

• Establish and uphold security and compliance protocols.

• Oversee vendor relationships and assess available solutions.

• Create and manage budgets and financial forecasts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; a Master's Degree is preferred.

• Over 5 years of experience in IT leadership or management with a focus on data and reporting.

• More than 5 years of experience in a customer support setting.

• At least 2 years of experience in technical support or technical project management.

• Vendor or technology certifications (such as Microsoft/Azure, Salesforce, Boomi) are advantageous.

• Power BI certification is mandatory.
