This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• In the role of Clinical Business Intelligence Specialist (High Acuity Care), you will be instrumental in aiding healthcare organizations through the rollout, enhancement, and adoption of digital and business intelligence solutions within critical care settings.
• You will collaborate closely with clients, project teams, product groups, and clinical stakeholders to provide solutions that enhance clinical workflows, boost operational efficiency, and improve patient outcomes in anesthesia, intensive care, and operating room environments.
• Oversee the functional components of software implementation and deployment initiatives.
• Carry out site evaluations and offer recommendations that align with customer goals.
• Partner with clients to establish key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting specifications, and opportunities for workflow optimization.
• Configure, tailor, and implement applications, dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions.
• Design and refine customer workflows to facilitate effective clinical operations.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful user adoption of new systems.
• A Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with clinical workflows in intensive care, anesthesia, and operating room settings.
• Understanding of comprehensive hospital operations, encompassing patient pathways, laboratory, pharmacy, billing, IT, and biomedical departments.
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence and reporting tools such as Sisense, Tableau, Crystal Reports, or comparable platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Analysis Services (SSAS), and multidimensional data models/cubes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for converting business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Previous experience in software implementation, consulting, healthcare IT, or clinical informatics environments is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Swedish; additional languages are seen as a plus.
• A valid driving license.
• Readiness to travel to client locations as necessary.
