This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Drive new business opportunities by promoting Zonda’s Services and mobile platform to homebuilders, residential and commercial retail developers, financial institutions, real estate investment banking firms, municipalities, and redevelopment agencies throughout the designated territory.
• Create and implement a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory.
• Document and update all meeting and pipeline details in Salesforce.com.
• Evaluate leads and manage the entire sales process from initial calls to deal closure.
• Arrange and conduct in-person and online demonstrations.
• Adapt to new technologies and demonstrate strong proficiency with various technology platforms, including PCs, mobile devices, and online applications.
• Travel within your territory and attend industry conventions to secure new clients.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a relevant digital/data services business development or outside sales position.
• Prior experience in a SaaS environment with an emphasis on user acquisition.
• Proven capability and eagerness to oversee the complete sales process, including prospecting, needs analysis, and closing; a strong drive to secure new business is essential.
• Success in this position necessitates a hunter mentality, quick learning ability, independent mindset, and high energy/aggressiveness on a daily basis (maintaining a constant sense of urgency).
• Exceptional skills in prospecting, presenting, and closing sales.
• Ability to secure business accounts while frequently facing resistance from key decision-makers.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com (or another CRM platform) is mandatory.
• Capability to quickly learn and develop new skills.
• A goal-oriented sales approach with a proven track record of achieving quarterly and annual targets.
• Ability to consult with and close business with multiple decision-makers.
• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment that stays at the forefront of technology.
• Willingness to travel within the defined sales territory.
