This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a strategic sales approach to enhance TrustBuilder revenue among regional and national home builders.
• Identify and create new business opportunities via outbound outreach, networking, industry events, referrals, and relationships with builders.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with builder executives, division presidents, sales leaders, marketing teams, and customer experience stakeholders.
• Recognize builder challenges associated with customer satisfaction, online reputation, buyer experience, customer retention, and feedback on the sales process.
• Position the TrustBuilder suite as a vital CX and reputation management solution that empowers builders to enhance consumer trust and enrich the homeowner journey.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultative sales discussions.
• Collaborate across functions with internal marketing, product, and customer success teams to facilitate client growth and retention.
• Ensure precise pipeline forecasting and sales activities are recorded within CRM systems.
• Consistently achieve or surpass pipeline generation and revenue goals.
• Represent the company at builder conferences, industry gatherings, and networking events.
• Stay updated on builder trends, competitive dynamics, online review strategies, and customer experience technology in the homebuilding sector.
• Over 5 years of experience in business development, sales development, or consultative B2B sales.
• Demonstrated success selling to home builders or similar sectors within residential construction.
• Strong comprehension of the homebuilding industry, builder organizational structures, and the builder sales process.
• Proven experience in prospecting and establishing a pipeline from the ground up.
• Capability to hunt, network, and connect with decision-makers.
• Strong executive presence along with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in selling SaaS, CX platforms, reputation management solutions, marketing services, digital advertising, or technology solutions is preferred.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, highly entrepreneurial work environment.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
• CRM experience is essential; proficiency in Salesforce is preferred.
