This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Develop, create, and execute strategic business plans along with target account lists to achieve goals and quotas.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal.
• Identify, assess, and qualify new sales opportunities, transforming them into long-lasting partnerships.
• Participate in industry conferences and events to network and enhance the company's visibility.
• Showcase products and services to potential clients and partners.
• Collaborate with solution architects and senior management to prepare comprehensive proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and business terms as part of the closing process.
• Deliver professional post-sale support to guarantee customer success.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their changing needs, pinpoint follow-on opportunities, and increase account value over time.
• Utilize Salesforce to keep detailed records and send regular updates via email and Slack to ensure that senior management and colleagues have clear insight into your sales pipeline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive, Business Development Executive, or in a comparable sales/customer service role, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated success in conducting market research, fostering sales growth, and negotiating effectively.
• Strong comprehension of the healthcare IT landscape, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to forge strategic relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; proven capacity to remain productive and accountable in a non-micromanaged environment.
• Strong business insight, including the ability to qualify opportunities, identify decision-makers, articulate pain points and potential solutions, and negotiate pricing.
• An enthusiastic, highly motivated, and results-driven personality with a genuine passion for the field of work.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
