This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Manage current accounts while also developing and securing net new clients for prospective B2B, B2B2B, and B2B2C sectors.
• Your contributions will be vital in enhancing and expanding our existing sales framework.
• Directly report to the Head of Sales and collaborate closely with the CEO, working alongside Engineering, Product, Legal, and Compliance teams on various cross-functional projects.
• Utilize your established extensive network to pinpoint, source, and finalize new revenue-generating clients.
• Partner with the Sales and Business Development team to ensure a seamless transition and alignment on high-value prospects.
• Keep precise records of sales activities in the Sales systems.
• Exhibit strong negotiation and presentation capabilities, utilizing existing templates.
• Use insights from prospects to enhance the overall sales process.
• Must be located in or within a two-hour radius of Mexico City.
• 5 to 10 years of Sales and/or Business Development experience within the Global Fintech or Crypto sectors.
• Proven experience selling to Fintech companies, international businesses, customs and FX brokers, and institutions, with a clear understanding of the complete sales cycle.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Established relationships with senior professionals in the Global Trade or Fintech industries, including Cross Border Merchant Settlement Providers and tech-enabled export and import operators.
• A thorough understanding of the value proposition that stablecoins and blockchain technology offer for cross-border payments.
• A low-ego, proactive communicator who can translate complex needs into straightforward actionable plans.
• A team-oriented individual with experience in globally focused organizations, capable of adapting sales and business development strategies to align with cultural standards of prospects.
• A self-starter comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced, and resource-limited environments.
• Exceptional follow-through skills, always following up, ensuring opportunities are not missed, and closing the loop effectively.
• Proficient and comfortable with essential AI automation, communication, and CRM tools such as OpenAI, Slack, Notion, Hubspot, and gSuite.
• Highly competitive compensation based on On Target Earnings ("OTE"), which includes both sales commissions and an annual base salary.
